(a)拉轴承的工具要与轴匹配 (b)工具必须安装在内侧轴承套上 (c)轴承不允许掉在轴或工具上,在轴上包一些绝缘胶带以保护轴是一个比较好的方法。 (d)不要通过加热轴承的方法来拆卸轴承,这样会损坏轴承和电机。 (e)要用吊索或吊链支撑拉轴承的工具的重量 |

将外侧轴承安装到轴上之前要将轴承内外圈的顶点标记对齐。让外侧轴承的顶点标记与内侧轴承的顶点标记成160°至200°的角度,将外侧轴承套到轴上。

将外侧轴承套到轴上之前要将轴承外圈的部分V形标记和内圈上的直线标记对好。保持轴承的定位标记与内侧轴承的定位标记成一直线,将轴承安装到轴上。

(a)将外侧轴承内圈推到顶住内侧轴承为之,直到轴承在轴上卡紧。让轴承冷却到100F以下。在轴上安装一个气动螺母,用手拧紧螺母滑块端直到螺母顶紧外侧轴承为止。
(b)将气动管连接到气动螺母上,用一个带压力调节阀的气泵给螺母吹空气加压到2200psi使轴承顶住轴肩。 (c)用.001英寸的塞尺测量轴承圈与轴肩之间的间隙以确定轴承是否安装到位。安装到位的轴承的间隙应该是0.000。 释放气动螺母的压力,并拆除气动管和气动螺母。 |

|
重新安装先前为了安全起见拆掉的轴承端盖导杆。将轴承端盖的O型圈涂上LocTite 515"Gasket Eliminator"。用起吊设备吊装轴承端盖。轴承端盖应由导杆定位并支撑其重量。
轴承端盖定位时,选择联接内侧密封的导杆穿过端盖的螺栓孔时应使排油孔位于底部。 将轴承端盖安装到位,并用一些螺栓稍稍固定一下。端盖应该用很小的力就可以使其在轴承上滑动。 |

在先前拆卸时所钻的孔内重新安装两根导杆。导杆对于保证恢复压缩机拆卸前的密封间隙是非常必要的。用150Ft Lbs.的力矩将所有螺栓拧紧。

小直径的轴:60至80 Ft Lbs. 大直径的轴:160至200 Ft Lbs. 不要用榔头或活动扳手拧紧防松螺母。用CVHE-SB-33A表1例举的正确的套管扳手工具及相应的力矩,按照相应的程序完成。 |
